About us
Our Origins and Mission
Established in 2006 by Licensed Clinical Psychologist Eric Ru-Yin Chang, Our clinic has offered continuous psychological care to individuals and families for over two decades, providing developmentally attuned services across the lifespan—from childhood to adulthood— with a commitment to being a reliable and compassionate presence at every stage of life.
Therapeutic Environment
Our clinic was the first in Taiwan to be officially licensed as a psychological clinic specifically designed for children. The space is thoughtfully structured to meet the needs of different age groups, featuring dedicated therapy rooms for children, adolescents, and adults, a group therapy room, and a family-friendly waiting area that promotes comfort and connection for both parents and children.

We believe that meaningful change begins in a space where individuals feel safe, understood, and respected.
Comprehensive Family-Focused Services
Central to our practice is the commitment to supporting families in cultivating inner resilience and psychological well-being.

Our services encompass stress and emotion regulation, behavioral interventions, parenting skills training, couples counseling, and family therapy—aimed at enhancing individual functioning and strengthening relational dynamics within the family system.
Biofeedback-Integrated Therapy for Stress and Emotional Regulation
At our clinic, we provide individualized, evidence-based therapy that integratespsychological interventions with biofeedback technology to enhance emotional regulation and physiological resilience across the lifespan. By monitoring real-time physiological indicators—such as heart rate variability, skin conductance, and respiratory patterns—clients develop heightened interoceptive awareness and learn adaptive strategies to modulate their stress responses.

This somatic-focused, mind-body approach is particularly effective for individuals experiencing chronic stress, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, sleep disturbances, or burnout.
Neurofeedback for Attention Enhancement
Neurofeedback is a specialized form of biofeedback that targets the brain’s electrical activity to improve attention regulation.

Individuals with ADHD or attention difficulties often show increased slow-wave activity (such as theta waves) and reduced fast-wave activity (like beta waves), which are associated with inattention and mental fog. Through real-time EEG feedback, clients learn to strengthen brainwave patterns linked to sustained focus and reduce those tied to distractibility.

By promoting more stable and efficient brain function, neurofeedback not only enhances attentional control but also supports improved academic performance, especially for students struggling with concentration and task completion in school settings.
