About Me
I am a licensed clinical psychologist and the director of Ru-yin Psychological Clinic. I view psychological services as a collaborative process in which individuals bring not only their personal struggles but also a profound desire for growth and change. My primary objective is to help clients efficiently uncover the underlying sources of distress and implement evidence-based interventions tailored to their needs. I am committed to providing high-quality, compassionate, and goal-oriented care that supports meaningful psychological change.
My Education and Credentials
With academic training in clinical psychology, I earned both a bachelor's and a master's degree from Chung Yuan Christian University. I am certified as a lecturer by the Ministry of Education in Taiwan and previously served as President during the second board term of the Taichung Clinical Psychologists Association. I am also an active member of the Taiwan Association of Biofeedback and Neurofeedback as well as the Association for Taiwan Play Therapy, reflecting my ongoing commitment to integrative, evidence-based clinical practice.
My Clinical Experience and Specialties
With extensive clinical experience, I work with children, adolescents, and adults presenting with a broad spectrum of emotional and behavioral concerns. My areas of specialization include, but are not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, attention-deficit and hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum disorder (ASD), emotion regulation difficulties, oppositional behaviors, trauma-related conditions, sleep disturbances and interpersonal challenges.

I have substantial experience facilitating therapy groups for children across various developmental stages. These group-based interventions are designed to enhance social communication, emotional awareness, and peer interaction through structured therapeutic activities and play-based methods.

In addition to individual and group psychotherapy, I provide comprehensive support for adult clients navigating chronic stress, occupational burnout, and anxiety-related symptoms. For anxiety treatment, I integrate biofeedback techniques to strengthen mind-body awareness and promote physiological regulation. I also collaborate with Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) to deliver targeted, solution-focused interventions addressing personal and workplace-related challenges.
Pioneering Group Neurofeedback for Children
I’m the first psychologist in Taiwan to introduce group-based neurofeedback training as an intervention for enhancing attention and self-regulation in children. This innovative program integrates neurofeedback protocols with emotional skills training, offering a structured therapeutic setting in which children can strengthen attentional control, improve emotional regulation, and develop greater self-awareness.
A Lifelong Commitment to Mental Wellness
Psychological practice is more than a profession—it is a lifelong mission grounded in care, respect, and a deep belief in human growth. I am dedicated to walking alongside individuals as they navigate life’s challenges, rediscover their strengths, and move toward greater balance and well-being.

In a world where mental health has never been more important, I sincerely invite you to take that first step. Together, we can space for healing, resilience, and lasting change.
